Cybersecurity Posture
An organization's overall security strength - essentially how well it can identify, protect against, and respond to cyber threats. It's a holistic measure of your defenses, including technology, policies, and people.
For a small business, having a strong security posture means you've covered the basics (like updated software and good policies) so that attackers have a harder time finding weaknesses. Improving posture is an ongoing process of evaluating your systems and practices and shoring up any gaps.
