Will I be charged for each user or device?

All BrightShield packages are priced per business, not per user or device. Our pricing scales in simple brackets so your costs stay predictable as your team grows. We’ll confirm the right bracket for your business during an initial call.

How does privacy compliance support work?

In the Grow plan, BrightShield helps you stay aligned with your local privacy law (e.g., the Australian Privacy Act, UK GDPR, or NZ Privacy Act).

If your business operates in other countries, you can add our International Privacy Compliance add-on to access all international privacy regulations that BrightShield supports, so you’re covered no matter where you do business.
